Advising on ZSE and VFEX listing requirements

 

In terms of section 16(2)(b) of SI 134 of 2019 part of the responsibilities of a sponsoring broker appointed by an issuer include to provide advice on a continuing basis regarding the application of these rules, including the application of the spirit of the requirements, and the need to uphold the integrity of the ZSE and the continuing obligations set out in the Act.
